Can I negotiate better prices for larger quantities? |
Yes, we do run a price breaker system, please contact us with details of your requirements |
| Can I order bespoke packaging? | Yes, made to measure packaging is available. Any minimum order quantities, along with possible tool charges will be advised during quotation |
| Do you provide an invoice? | Yes, all goods purchased from us will have an offical invoice containing our VAT registration number |

| Can I pay by credit card? | Yes you can, we have introduced this service in August 2016. We can also accept payments of Cash, Cheques and BACS |
| Can I open a credit account? | Yes, we can provide credit application forms which will be processed through the normal credit worthy avenues |
What sort of Payment terms are offered for credit accounts? |
We offer 30 days from the end of the month that goods were purchased |
| Can I pay when the goods are delivered? | Yes, our drivers are authorised to collect cash and cheque payments on delivery |
Do you supply monthly statements of accounts? |
Yes, these will be emailed or posted on the last day of each month |
Do you accept BACS payments? |
Yes, we do have this facility, details will be provided upon request |

| Do you use your own transport for deliveries? | Yes, we cover South, East and West Wales on a regular basis. Deliveries further afield will be sent via courier, and may incur extra carriage charges. Please contact us for further information. |
